Would this also work to add fields to the Customer database preferences by replacing "Customer" for "Agent"?
Would normal OTRS updates interfere with this?
Can this be changed on the appliance in a VM?

Customer_user table modifications are described in the documentation
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
