Closing Other Agents Tickets

Hello,
We're running OTRS 3.2.9 and have a problem with an agent closing another agents tickets. I can add notes, move, and do anything else to another agents ticket. When I try to close their ticket, I get an error "Script failed to send data." after I put in the closing notes and Submit it. I can change the owner of the ticket to myself and then close it without any problems.

Any ideas what would cause this? Thanks!

please provide more informations like OS, error log etc.

Also you should update to the latest version of OTRS in your 3.2. branch or upgrade to the latest one (3.3.7)

Upgrade to 3.3.7 fixed it. I had upgraded a couple times back in the 3.2 days and it was never fixed so I figured it was something setup wise. I was trying to avoid upgrading because it's annoying but the new Windows installer is great. Thanks!
