[Solucionado] ayuda urgente por favor archivo .opm

solicito de su ayuda, el dia de hoy despues de llevar un mes cacharreandole a esto y configurando todo me dio por instalar uno de los paquetes desde la pagina, el punto es que me desconfiguro todo lo que tenia y ya solo me genera errores cuando trato de cargar la informacion, no me deja modificar el sysconfig me registra, cuando creo los tickets me genera error :

luego de reparar las tablas de la BD ya este error no me genera ahora cuando trato de realizar cualquier cambio en el sysconfig me registra este error

por favor si alguien sabe como restaurar a un estado anterior o algo que pueda hacer por favor les agradeceria ya que no me queda mucho tiempo para entregar esto
