Hi,
When a ticket gets locked then it will dissapear from the queue, does anyone know how to stop this?
For Example:
We have one ticket in a queue called 'Support' once that ticket gets locked the ticket and the queue disappear.
Help:
We need to know how to stop this so that all open tickets that are locked and unlocked can be viewed in the queue it is in until it is closed.

In version 2.2.4 which we currently use all Open tickets weather they are locked or unlocked are view able in the Queue, Is this no longer available in 3.3.6 ?
