Require SLA on customer portal.

I am attempting to make the SLA field in the customer portal a required field. I saw an old forum posting that indicates this can be done, but the URL the post refers to seems to be out of date:

Has anybody implemented this?

Hi,

activate it in sysconfig. Works fine on all installations.

Thanks for the reply. Do you know the correct sub-group to look in? I have activated Ticket::Frontend::CustomerTicketMessage###SLA, but that only makes it visible, not necessarily required in order to submit a ticket.

Hi

there should be an option SLAMandatory

in 3.3.x there is this option.
