OTRS Scheduler issue

Hi all,

I have just upgrade my OTRS form 3.3.3 to 3.3.7 as it will fix the scheduler issue when the server was unplan shutdown.

At the moment, I using Windows server 2012 R2 with OTRS version 3.3.7 already but the scheduler issue still happen.

The error said that: Scheduler process is registered but might not be running

When checking in the Windows Service, I found that the OTRS Schedule was not automatic start and I must start it then the problem is solved.

May anynone show me the way to fix this issue forever. I don't want to go to service and Enable OTRS scheduler everytime I shutdown the server.

Please show full error not picture of error. Others can't search on picture of error content.

Also, can't create pid because it's already running means what it says. There's information on this via Web search.

It will be OK if I start the service manual.
Could you please help me how to fix my issue? It always happen when I restart or shutdown the server.

Note that generally Windows Services that do not start within Windows Automatic startup will have error messages in the event viewer pointing to their reason for not starting up.
