Loading the customer information panel is very slow

Hello,
When I create a new Email/Phone Ticket, I type the customer name then the customer panel is automatically loaded in ajax, but the loading of theses information is very very very slow : 20 seconds.

I did not create dynamics field.
The form call the Core.Ajax.TargetNS.FormUpdate.
When I type the other fields the web request is done in 1 second.

How can I fix this ?
