Hi,
I am getting below error message when i try to install packages in the OTRS.

Gateway Time-out
The gateway did not receive a timely response from the upstream server or application.
I could not solve this issue . Please advice how to resolve it.

Well, since you dont provide your environment, otrs version, and so on.. it is hard know what is going on.
on the other hand, if you are using web interface to install your packets.. try using otrs.PackageManager.pl
if you are on windows: perl <otrs_directory>/bin/otrs.PackageManager.pl -a install -p <location of your opm>
