New TickedID problem
when i create a note on a ticket i always get this error.

don't know. What did you change? How is what you have different from stock? When did it last work? When did you notice it broke?

i did an update from 3.2.6 to 3.3.7. everything worked fine beforeidid the update.

Seems like your upgrade didn't complete properly. Did you do all the steps? Did you receive errors when you did the steps? Did you try this in a dev box before upgrading production? Can you revert to 3.2.6 and try again?

when i did the upgrade there were no errors. but now i have seen that i forgot the step with the cron jobs. so I think the cron jobs wont run.
the problem is I cant roll back because the snapshot i took is allready removed.

Snapshots are not backups.
