Hello,
Using OTRS 3.1.7 with ITSM module. I am currently testing the change module with change manager rights.
When we zoom on a workorder there is a "delete" button to delete it. But there is no "delete" button when we zoom on a change.
I tried to configure some parameters like:
ITSM Change Management -> Frontend::Agent::ViewChangeDelete
and also in: ITSM Change Management -> Frontend::Agent::ModuleRegistration, I activated the parameter: Frontend::Module###AgentITSMChangeDelete
But no "delete" button when we zoom on a change. Did I miss some parameters ?
I tried to apply the same parameters as for the workorders to make the "delete" button appear but it does not work so far.
I know it is possible to use the ITSMChangeDelete.pl procedure but because of internal security policy in our organization I don't have the rights to execute it.
Some help would be appreciated !
Regards.

Please ask a question that can be specifically answered. Don't say, "look at the title." Also, if no answer is forthcoming, it's likely not going to be answered/answerable. Could there be a link to an action that does this destructive thing? Yes. Is there? Apparently not. The system restrictions that are preventing you from doing something damaging to your system are preventing you from doing something damaging to your system.
