Re: OTRS 2.2.4
doesn't look like there is one, but ftp://ftp.otrs.org/pub/otrs/otrs-2.2.9- ... -2.1.1.exe is/should be a reasonable replacement. I'm *hoping* that you're asking this based upon a disaster recovery reason instead of initial install.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

Re: OTRS 2.2.4
Hi,
Thanks for the link.
We're actually trying to move from 2.2.4 in Linux to the latest Windows version (without installing all of the updates to the Linux box first due to major issues with it). I was thinking we could move the DB from the Linux box to the Windows box and then upgrade this to the latest version using the Windows installers.
Do you think this will work?

Re: OTRS 2.2.4
going from Linux to Windows will be the worst thing you can do...
Upgrading always need the database, the next version to upgrade and all config files. As an upgrade from 2.2 to the latest version is quite complex you should directly consider getting professional support
