Agent title not updating in UI

Agent title not updating in UI
when we change the agents title in the UI, it updates in the DB, but when you try and go back into the agent preferences it shows the old title. like its cache and not pulling in new info. any ideas?
OTRS 3.3.5 ITSM 3.3.5 on Amazon Linux(CentOS) with Postgresql database hosted on Amazon RDS.

So how about clearing the cache?like its cache and not pulling in new info
