Hello everybody,
I am sure this question has been asked before, but I just do not seem to find the answer.
I am running OTRS Version 3.3.5 ITMS and would like to be able to create incident tickets via email. I have not been able to find anything in particular about this on the net but maybe been looking in the wrong places but I am sure it must be possible.
Can somebody who has done this already share or advise on HOW TO configure it successfully?

thanks very much for your reply, I actually did see it and went thru it. But to be honest it was not all that clear to me, it would be great to have an actual example configuration.
But maybe I am just not in the right frame of mine today ...

An example of a POP3/IMAP mailbox configuration? This is as simple as setting up a mailclient. Your IT department should be able to give you the needed credentials. (Please do not use your mailbox, OTRS will fetch all mails from this account)
