Dear All,
Please help me how to config the ticket keep the same state when get customer follow up.
At the moment, I just can config one state (open or new or closed...)for the ticket when have follow up at Sysconfig -> Core::PostMaster -> PostmasterFollowUpState
For Example: I set the ticket to state: Pending Reminder, PostmasterFollowUpState is Open.
When customer send follow up the ticket, it will back to Open state but I want it still be in Pending Reminder state.
Please help me how to config it with thanks!

You might use a variation of viewtopic.php?f=60&t=24723
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
