How do i restrict agents of a certain group from accessing Company Information Center and viewing other Company Info? Can the system only show the company ID for the queue in which agents' groups are tied to?
For e.g I have three companies with ID 100, 200, 300.
I have customer tied to company via ID, therefore they will only be able to view company tickets
I have have a group for each company where i add these customers and assign the queues
I have 2 techs per company. I also add the Techs to their associated group (company group which includes the customers as well) Therefore they will only b able to respond to ticket from the queue assigned to each company group
The problem is, either Tech can go to the Customer -> Customer Information Center Tab, enter the username or company ID of any other company listed and view their client (customer users) list. I want to restrict them to only their assigned group's Company account.
How do i do this?

this requires an additional module provided by OTRS only for service customers.
