ITSM CMDB computers from LDAP (Windows Active Directory)

Post by werkman »

Hello,

I would like to know if there is a posibility to get de CMDB computer objects from a windows Active directory, preferably with the OU structer representing Locations and room numbers.
i'm using OTRS 3.3.8 and ITSM 3.3.8 (Core, Config management and Incident Problem management)

Thanks!

Do a web search on ldap csv
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
Please edit your signature to include your OTRS version, Operating System, and database type.

Yeah, i already found the import/export button .. but that would make it a manual import, and not a automated one like customer import using ldap. I'm trying to avoid manual tasks..
