I installed the appliance OTRS 3.3.7 We have AD in my directory and LDAP is being used by many other software apps.
when I run it, the console looks like this
1- where do i get / download the OTRS LDAP module from?
2- Once i download the LDAP module, do i ftp this into the virtual server? I use WINSCP usually to ftp into linux servers, but i dont know what user/password to use to connect to this virtual appliance via ftp, i dont know the server/appliance root password
