Hello guys,
Is possible to associate agents with clients? For example, a single user can be the agent and client.
My case is that our 24x7 NOC should open tickets manually as the events of the monitoring tool and should make the first intervention of the problem or incident.
The "solution" was applied to the same user registering as an agent and as a customer, but they are two different users, two passwords to manage, etc..
Any idea?

Since I'm using ldap for both Agent and Customer, it's the same login for me and my users, whether Customer or Agent.
