[SOLVED] - Change template button disappeared - KIX4OTRS

Hi and thanks for reading,

Since I have installed KIX4OTRS for its extra functionality I require. I found that 2 buttons: "Create a change from this ticket!" and "Create a change (from template) from this ticket!" appear to have disappeared.

Looking at the sysconfig in Ticket:Frontend:MenuModule they are still ticked but no longer show up. Could anyone help me get these buttons back please? It would be much appreciated.

Does anyone have any ideas on this? Im kinda stuck without this option at the moment. I'd really appreciate sometimes thoughts on this!

Reinstalling KIX4OTRS resolved the issue.
