[Resolve]create first ticket in customer.pl failed.

i got the follow error message when i test use customer.pl to create the first ticket.
how can i resolve this issue?

i don't know why, i did not do any change on this but after last weekend this issue was disappeared,
i had create an new ticket and try to recurrence this falt issue again but everything working smoothly.
