Auto forward of certan tickets

I want that otrs automaticly forwards en email that comes in my otrs que to be forwarded to the financiel department e-mail adres, including de attached PDF, if meets som criterea like from adres en subject.
After this is done i want to add note to the ticket that it was forwarded to fin department en close the ticket.

Can this be done if so how ?
