[SOLVED] Editing notes
Is it possible to edit a note added to a ticket, for example in order to correct a typo, add information etc. Or does one have to create a new note every time?

With KIX4OTRS (http://opar.perl-services.de/package/C/ ... T/KIX4OTRS) you could edit articles...
