Hi all.
I have create process in process management. The process is starting from customer interface by clicking "New process ticket". To this point everything is working. The ticket is created and moved to certain queue by using transition action. The problem is starting in Agent Interface. When I open ticket and click on button created from Activity Dialogs the popup windows show with the message "Oops! An Error occurred. Error Message: No Process configured!". I don't know what is cause of that. I think I configured everything. Interesting fact is that when I change activity dialog so it is available in Customer and Agent Interface and I click on the button in Customer Interface then it works.
What can cause this error in Agent Interface?

I have the exact same issue... not sure how to solve it yet..

It seems that the first activity dialog needs to be set for both Agents and Customers to work.
