Hey, i have a quick question. Is it possible to create an agent-account from an existing customer? I can't find anyhing on my research so i assume it's not possible (yet), maybe some of you know different.
I have a bunch of customer-accounts via LDAP and i have to create agent-accounts for a couple of these customers as well. Is there an easier solution for this, other than doing it all manually for each customer via the 'create Agent'-function in die admin frontend?

Not as you've stated, but certainly add ldap and filter as a backend.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
