Hello.
I have a situation here because I can't deal with statistic module. My boss ask me for report by agent but maybe I'm stupid but I can't do this.
I know that I have to enable "Stats::UseAgentElementInStats" and I did it but still...
I will be very grateful for any manual or something like that.
I guess that somebody which use this kind of report could export his report and share with me.
BR, Michael.

Hi,
perhaps you describe, what your statistic should do.
And second, show us, what you are trying to do

Re: Problem with statistics
Hello.
I would like to make statistic where I have a tickets from last month divide by agents.
I tried to do this in this way:
1) I choose dynamic object as reported time of ticketing
permissions: users
format: CSV, print, graph
the rest fields by default
2) Xaxis
Evaluation for:total time
queue: my queue
status: closed
time of closed tickets: The relative interval: 1 month
The reported time by the Agent: all agents
3) Data series
queue: my queue
status: closed
4) Select limits for statistics
status: closed
time of closed tickets: The relative interval: 1 month
The reported time by the Agent: all agents
and that's it.
I'm pretty sure that somewhere I'm wrong.
Thanks
Michael.
