[SOLVED] Agent signature
When creating a new email ticket or replying to a web request, can an agent add his/her signature to the Email instead of the system standard signature (en)? I'm thinking of a function similar to that in outlook where one can insert a signature.

No. Or, remove sig and use replies/templates.
