[SOLVED] Customer user sync failure
I have configured an LDAP backend for customers. However, the list of customer users under Customers-> Customer User Information does not list all customer users. I tried removing the group restriction on customer users (i.e. restriction that only members of group xyz can log in as customers), but the list still doesn't show all customer users. What could be the reason behind the sync failure?

Do you have more than 200 Customers? There is a limit for search results in the config (where you configured the LDAP backend), try to set a new limit.

I find the behaviour interesting. After I set the limit to 10000, the full list is available. However, while the limit was 250, the list contained only 7 customers, shouldn't it have show 250 customers?
