OTRS webservice no response

Hi Using OTRS 3.1.12. I have used the yml following the manual http://otrs.github.io/doc/manual/admin/ ... ctors.html


I tried to create a session. But i get the reposnse as shown in attachment, I get an error as request time out.
You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.
OTRS 3.3.x, Ubuntu, MySql 5.5

looks like a network issue
"Production": OTRS™ 8, OTRS™ 7, STORM powered by OTRS
"Testing": ((OTRS Community Edition)) and git Master

I saw the webservice debuuger, i can see that session had been created.
OTRS 3.3.x, Ubuntu, MySql 5.5
