in the admin screen. Please also read the admin manual!

Thanks Jojo, for the solution. I had the problem with my Frontend settings in sysconfig for a particular dynamic field related to ticket. I could find the fix for it.
This solution gave rise to one more thing, Can we use the dynamic field like a search bar in Ticket queue view.


Thanks for suggestion guys....mainly JoJo and Crythias...you guys are making my life but easier wrt OTRS.... :D
