How to load custom skins (Custome.xml) contents for hostsite

Hi everyone!

How to load custom skins (Custom.xml) contents for specific customer virtual host.

I have done following thing still now.
1) configured virtual host (a. xyz.example.com b.abc.example.com )
2) Created Custom skins and theme.
3) defined hostbased skins and themes
I) Loader::Customer::SelectedSkin::HostBased
II) DefaultTheme::HostBased

But no luck!!
