I have one queue per customer and customer users in groups.
groups are strictly related to a queue. each group has the same name of the queue.
The idea is to allow customer users to create ticket by using their email just sending an email to a mail-group which is related to the specific queue.
actually I'm denying emails if your email does not exist in the users database. (I followed viewtopic.php?f=60&t=6586)
I need to configure the following features:
-auto-reply to denied emails with a message like "sorry but you are not allowed to create tickets, please contact us to support@cacho.com
-allow users to create ticket only in their queues.
