Error Message: CustomerTicketOverview.pm not found!

Dear all.

I got error message after login to Customer.pl. Im using OTRS 3.1.8.

Error Message: Module Kernel/Modules/CustomerTicketOverview.pm not found!

I checked my file name CustomerTicketOverView.pm, then i change it to CustomerTicketOverview.pm.
After login, all related ticket not show in there. Please help..

Hi!
It's two different modules - CustomerTicketOverview.pm & CustomerTicketOverView.pm - you can't rename one into another.
Probably for some reason you loose the first one.
Try to download it from OTRS repository for your OTRS version. :?

I revert back to the original file. Then I download CustomerTicketOverview.pm from otrs portal otrs version 3.1.8.
Then at Modules folder, i got both files (CustomerTicketOverview.pm & CustomerTicketOverView.pm).
Login into Customer.pl and then i got error as shown below

Code: Select all

Server error!

The server encountered an internal error and was unable to complete your request.

Error message:
Premature end of script headers: customer.pl

If you think this is a server error, please contact the webmaster.

Try to reinstall your system if it not productive or upgrade it to newest - 3.3.4

Hi,

Upgrade done. problem solved.
But when I want to create new service, dropdown button not available for "Critically" field. see below .

criticality is part of ITSM and you'll need to properly upgrade ITSM as well.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

Thanks, I go to Package Manager, but got this issue, any idea?

Still unable to create new services. Can I re-install package manager ? I mean reinstall without uninstall.
If I uninstall and reinstall back does it effect everything ?

The can't create new services is a symptom of ITSM not being installed (likely, and best guess).

Any further responses in the manner of "It still doesn't work" should be accompanied by [screenshots of] error messages and/or steps to reproduce, including what you've tried from the last point.

Thank you for your help. The problem is already upgraded the package to the latest version and not able to reinstalled with the same version .
I cloning my OTRS server to test the result,

1. Backup OTRS database using mysqldump
2. Uninstalled all ITSM package.
3. Installed one by one package follow the link provided http://doc.otrs.org/itsm/3.3/en/html/ch ... dp36618864
4. Restore OTRS database.
5. Now i'm able to create new services but the ConfigItem data in CMDB gone.

can we reinstalled without any data loss ? any idea ?

I'm not *entirely* certain you needed to uninstall ITSM. If you uploaded both the .opms for General Catalog and ITSM core it *should* have prompted you within Package Manager to upgrade.

Also, and just as an aside, it may be that you skipped 3.2 in upgrade.

Hi i have the same problem.
I have all of my module in 3.3.8 version , but when i try to add new service ask me for Critically and the Criticall field is grey.
How do you solved this problem?
