Hi,
Please note that I am using OTRS 3.3.5. There are some tickets where reply dropdown is visible in the articles, but not all the tickets. for e.g,
refer the following screenshot. in this screenshot reply button is visible.
But there are some tickets where it would not be visible. How does this reply dropdown get displayed? Please help me.
