Please help!
I need to get stats on articles per queue. The current stats module shows only resolved and created tickets not articles, but one ticket may consist of numerous articles and i need the report on that- how many times and when each ticket we re-opened and resolved again after receiving new email to that ticket.

You won't be able to do this from stock OTRS.
