link in dynamics fields

Hi

Does anyone know why is the configured link for a dynamic field is not shown in the Customer interface?(CustomerTicketZoom view)
In case of Agent interface the Link is shown correctly.
Any ideas how to get rid oft this?

it is not implemented for customer frontend
