Add columns to ticket

I would like to add columns to the Frontend::Agent::Ticket::ViewZoom ticket that contains data from my dynamic fields? Is there a way to do this in SysConfig? Any suggestions are much appreciated.

Hello, mmills, and welcome to Otterhub/OTRS forums. Please take a moment to read my Need Help? link in my signature.

Per your question, did you look at sysconfig in Ticket -> Frontend::Agent::Ticket::ViewZoom? (near the bottom?)
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

Yes, I did. I can make the fields visible on the sidebar or in the Free text fields but I cannot make new columns.

in 3.3. this can be done by the user (you need to configure the fields first in Sysconfig)
"Production": OTRS™ 8, OTRS™ 7, STORM powered by OTRS
"Testing": ((OTRS Community Edition)) and git Master
