[SOLVED] Owner and responsible not updated on queue select

When I create a new email ticket and select a queue, the fields 'owner' and 'responsible' are not updated although the field is refreshed. The list of agents appears only after manually clicking the refresh button next to owner and responsible fields.
What could be the reason behind it?

Hi,

it shows agents with rw permissions, who have selected the queue as "my queues"

The refresh buttons shows everybody with rw permissions.

Any idea if OTRS can be configured to show all agents with rw permission instead of only those who have selected the queue in 'my queues'?

No, and that's the point, and again, why queues are supposed to be for what agents can handle tickets, not what customers are asking for tickets.
