save E-mail ids

Hi,

Is it possible to save email ids in the otrs list so that whenever we want we can quickly add them in cc. Otrs do not add automatically email id, when we send out email. This is mainly required for some of our customers were we want few key people to be in cc when we send out reply to the customers.
