I am a user with administrator privileges.
I want to close some tickets that are locked by another user.
Unfortunately I can not do that because I'm not their own.
So how can I take their ownership or force close that ticket?

Ok, this way of working but I have to take ownership each ticket separately.
I can't take ownership as bulk action.
