Hi.
I have a Doubt, I'm configuring a Dashboard for a client, and I don't find how I can show a list of Pending Tickets in this dashboard.
I see that i can show Open Tickets but not in Pending state
any idea?

pending tickets tend to show on the right.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
