1. How do i auto fetch email in the 'Postmaster mail accounts'?

2. When ever i want to reply to a ticket, it is always locked?

3. Unable to send out email from ticket

impossible to send mail is not locked ticket. It means there is no way to send email.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
Please edit your signature to include your OTRS version, Operating System, and database type.
