Hi all,
I setup and configured OTRS helpdesk 3.3.8. All things seem alright. However, I tried to setup a process in Process Management, no matter I created a Process Ticket at customer interface or agent interface, the process couldn't transit to next activity (still remain at first activity) after I filled up requirement fields and submitted in first Activity Diaglog.
Help!!

it seems you did something wrong. Check the logs
