/otr/installer.pl is not presented after ...

Hello i have a centos 7 server i tried to install otrs 3.3.9 rmp that sept 10 2014 is showed at otrs.org download site

after installation i can see file /optr/installer.pl and document do reference to it i like use like in 3.3.8 that letme choose mysql oracle or postgress database to install

this new document to install is focused to oracle version an installer is not present where can i do a typical installation like in 3.3.8

where can i get a document for install under centos 7 cause otrs.org only until sep 10 2014 show information for centos 6.
