3.3.9 Upgrade Issue

I recently upgraded from OTRS 3.3.8 to 3.3.9 using the RPM installer on CentOS 6.5 i686.

After doing so, when adding a Note or Close note to a ticket, clicking the Submit button produces a dialogue box that intends to download index.pl at 0 bytes. This does not occur if we Reply to a ticket, only on dialogues where an internal, external, or report note can be added.

Has anyone else had this particular problem? If so, what can be done to resolve it?

check the way emails are sent, check the logs

When you say check the way e-mails are sent, do you mean the email protocol such as IMAPS or POP, etc?

The logs unfortunately do not reveal anything of particular significance when this issue occurs. I'll check the postfix and sendmail logs though for more information.

Hi,

may be you have old Sysconfig entries. Can you try with a new/emtpy ZZZAuto.pm ?

Tried this over the weekend, and the issue was still present. I'm going to be going through my entire config line by line to see if anything stands out.

So frustrating, but thank you for the suggestions so far!
