Hello there,
i'm currently planning a Process for Tickets in otrs.
As release-notes mention for 3.3, customers are now able to create process tickets.
What exact step am i missing to make process-ticket-creation available to customers, as i can not see any refering button in my customer's frontend, nor at my processmanagement area.
Also, is it possible to connect a normal queue to the process-queue it so even emailed tickets get processed automatically?

you need a valid process and minimum one Dialog for Customer configured.
