Upgrade from one server to another

Hi,

Please note that I have two servers. Both the server have OTRS 3.3.4 installed in it. Now I have updated one server to 3.3.8 and Now I want to update another server from the updated server only. I mean that without using rpm or tar, can I upgrade the another server from the updated server?
