Is the ideascale site still active? Does it make sense to propose new ideas? Unfortunetely the implementation rate is not that high.
As the license seem to be expired I am wondering if OTRS working on another solution?

The http://otrsteam.ideascale.com is managed by OTRS.com and not the community forum at otterhub.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

probably because the cost is really high for the type of website it is.

it's not important if OTRS use ideascale or something else but I really think that this is highly important for OTRS and for us-users
