Hi All,
When a ticket is locked it will dissapear (if its the only ticket in the queue then the queue will hode form view) and other agents cannot see this tickets, (in the old otrs 2.2.9 all i need to do was go sysconfig>>Ticket::ViewableLocks and add 'lock' ) , but i have done this and that has not made a change.
Can anyone help with how to make the tickets view able to all agents weather they are locked or unlocked. I need to see all the tickets in there relavant queues weather there locked or unlocked

use statusview or dashboard to see these locked tickets

That does not help, that shows all open tickets. I need to be able to go in queue view and see all the tickets in there queue locked or unlocked, i was able to do this in the old version so shorly there must be a way in the new one?
