C# Webrowser control Old Browser version

Hi there, im trying the OTRS for the couple months, and now we are developing some tools that we need, and for easy useage we have created a tool that have all the needs to our users.
And i remember that i could insert the OTRS Customer page inside an Webrowser control, that way the user click on the "HELP" button and the form apears hiding the actual link and inside the app.

I Have now a brand new installation of the 3.3.9, and also the 3.3.6(if not mestaken).
When i try to access it from the APP is shows a message that reports that the Browser is to old.
So i messed arround a bit and my AGENT STATUS (sended by the browser) was sending the information that was IE7, now shows as Chrome and the latest version.

But in both my servers keeps saying that the Browser is to Old.

The thing that make me came here is that in your official website i can access OTRS from the APP, when o access it from my app, i can use the controls.

So i do not understand why in my both versions doesn´t work and in OTRS demo page works.
I have installed the Windows Installer version.
