OTRS Appliance dont show available Update

Hi all,

we Setup a OTRS Appliance with the Version 3.3.7 from ISO, now i like to Update the Appliance by the Appliance Manager but i always get the message:

Your system is already up to date. There are no updates available.

Name resolution and wget works fine, also Update of the ITSM package, but not from the Applianc self. Is it possible to enable logging for the Update Request or do it with the Shell?

Is there any counter that has to reset?

Hi,

its solved, our Network Proxy has had old content in his Cache. I make an exeption for the OTRS System and i see the Updates.
